Installation

The sub-structure has to be straight and flat, as with most panel ceilings. The carrier rails must not be allowed to move during installation. When installation is finished, the panels are clamped onto the carrier rail by means of a screw which is screwed into a wooden strip.

The panel securing parts are clipped to the carrier rail between the panels to prevent movement.

Dismantling can start at any convient point.

Weight

The weight is about 9 kilos / square metre for the ceiling alone, without any attachments.

Sound absorption

Sound-absorbing material, coated black on one side, can be laid on the panels to control the sound level.

Areas of application

Everywhere where the wall and ceiling construction has to be particulary sturdy, such as sports halls, pedestrian tunnels, or recording studios.
